V is for Vicious

 Vicious has put the councils requests off for over 50 years, and she can no longer avoid the circumstances of her birth. The wars are over, the time for warrior princesses has past, the ripper is restrained. Now council meetings and power plays fill her days as the years drag on. But they have grown ever more impatient with her impertinent excuses, she must take a consort.
